Welcome to the Louisville Farmer’s Market Guide 2020. Below you will find all of the known farmer’s markets within the Louisville Metro area. Due to COVID-19, some markets have been closed for the season and others have fought to remain open. Each one varies in their rules for entering; some are open to the public, while others require patrons to preorder. It is advised that, regardless of the rules at each farmer’s market, patrons wear a protective face mask which is covering their mouth and nose to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Saturday Markets:
Bardstown Road Farmer’s Market
Located at 1722 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40205 and is open from 9am-12pm (current COVID-19 hours). They accept SNAP, Credit, and Debit Cards. The market has been expanded from Bardstown Road Presbyterian Church Parking Lot to the Deer Park Baptist Church Parking Lot across the street. Located at the corner of Southern Parkway and Wellington Ave. in the parking lot of the Beechmont Baptist Church. Hours are from 8am-12pm. Due to the unique situation with COVID-19 this year, some restrictions are in place. Their rules are in accordance with the KDA and CDC. For more information please visit their website.
Located in the parking lot of the Douglass Boulevard Christian Church. Their format and hours are in flux with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. They are open from 10am-2pm. From 10-11am is reserved for drive through and pick-up of pre-orders only. Regular market patrons will not be admitted until 11am. They ask for patrons to please not arrive early. Located at 202 E. Market Street in downtown New Albany, Indiana and is open from 8am-12pm. It is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays at different locations. Please look on those days for more information. Located at 4124 Shelbyville Road, just two doors down from the campus at Beargrass Christian Church, which is closed due to COVID-19. Hours are 9am-12pm. Precautions are in place to keep our farmers and customers safe through guidelines set by Kentucky Department of Agriculture. Don your mask, support local farms and help us flatten the curve.
Westport Road Baptist Farmer’s Market

Rainbow Blossom Farmer’s Market
Located in the St. Matthews Rainbow Blossom parking lot at 3738 Lexington Rd, Louisville from 12pm-4pm. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face coverings are required and shopping is limited to one person per household. Tuesday Markets:
Bluegrass Global Grower’s Market
Located at 4801 Southside Drive and is open from 5:30 PM-8:30 PM. They accept SNAP, Credit, and Debit Cards. For more information please look at their website.
Located at Baptist Floyd Hospital New Albany, Indiana and is open from 11am-1pm. It is open Wednesdays and Saturdays at different locations. Please look on those days for more information. Phoenix Hill NuLu Farmer’s Market
Located on 1007 E Jefferson Street behind Fresh Start Grower’s Supply from 3pm-6pm. They accept SNAP, Credit, and Debit Cards. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face covering are required and there is a specific entrance point and exit point. Upon entering please utilize one of the hand sanitizing stations at the entrance. Wednesday Markets:

Other Farmer’s Markets which are currently closed until further updates, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic:
**At this time we ask that all pets be left at home unless they are a service animal.
Please remember to practice social distancing with vendors and other customers while visiting the market.
Although it is not mandatory, the CDC is recommending most everyone wear a cloth face covering in public in order to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 from people who are asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic.
Please do not bring reusable shopping bags to the market. The Kentucky Department of Agriculture requires that only new bags are used at this time.
Please do not touch any items on the vendor tables.
